CASC Youth Fitness Program

We’re excited to announce the launch of the CASC Youth Fitness Program, developed in partnership with Fortitude Fitness — local experts in youth athletic strength and conditioning with over 40 years of combined experience.

Fortitude Fitness specializes in age/skill-appropriate training programs that help young athletes raise the levels of  purpose, pattern, and power behind their performance both on and off the court. Their team brings a deep understanding of youth development and a passion for positive, purposeful coaching.

Program Philosophy

This program is designed to:

-Help young athletes recognize their natural strengths and weaknesses

-Develop those strengths into superpowers

-Reframe weaknesses as future strengths and pursue them as such

-Promote a positive, proactive mindset toward sport and life

Our goal is to build confident, capable kids through fitness — in an environment where they feel supported, seen, and encouraged.

Program Structure

We offer three levels to meet athletes where they’re at:

Beginner
No fitness background required. Open to all youth (not limited to CASC athletes).

Schedule:
-1 session per week
-1 hour per session
-Held in a local gymnasium
-12 week long program

Focus Areas:
-Developing a love for movement
-Building discipline from goal setting to goal accomplishment
-Introducing basic health concepts: movement, mindset, and nutrition

Intermediate
For athletes with a foundational level of fitness or sport experience.

Schedule:
-1 session per week
-1 hour per session
-Held in a local gymnasium
-12 week long program

Focus Areas:
-Learning and refining athletic movement patterns
-Improving speed, agility, strength, endurance, and mobility
-Enhancing movement efficiency and coordination

Advanced
For experienced athletes looking to take their performance to the next level.

Schedule:
-2 sessions per week
-1 hour per session
-One session in a gymnasium, one in a weight room
-12 week long program

Focus Areas:
-Posture and gait correction
-Injury rehabilitation and prevention
-Advanced strength development in sport-specific movement patterns

Sepcial Introductory Summer Program

To celebrate the launch of our Youth Fitness Program, we’re offering a limited-time summer session with special introductory pricing!
This 6-week program is designed to give athletes a strong foundation heading into the school year or fall sports season — whether they’re just starting out or looking to push their performance to the next level.

Beginner & Intermediate: $99 (Include 1 session per week)
Advanced: $149 (includes 2 sessions/week: 1 gymnasium + 1 weight room)
